We will rebuild the rear deck and patio, deck foundation and retaining wall as shown on the engineers plan
No painting or staining is included, and no new gutters and downspouts are included.
We will install 3 sets of French doors. The new doors will be Marvin brand, white aluminum clad exterior, with Low E, Argon gas filled thermal pane glass. The interior will be wood. We will patch the exterior stucco and interior drywall, ready for painting.
