Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
1.Construct eleven 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches along the right, rear, and left sides of your home. We will remove and replace the wood stairs along the left side as necessary. No new lumber is included.
2.Construct a concrete grade beam connecting the new piers to the existing foundation.
3.Remove and replace the retaining wall located between the right front corner of your home and the garage.
