Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
Per the plans, we will do the following work:
1. Construct eight 18 inch diameter piers and haunches drilled to a maximum depth of 20 feet each.
2. Construct an exterior grade beam connecting piers 1 through 7 to the existing foundation.
3. Construct a tie-back beam connecting piers 6 and 8.

Per thet letter, we will move pier #8 from the rear to the right side, add additional grade beam and haunch steel, and install 1 diagonal tie-back at each pier.
